Pure Source Nutrition Organic Cinnamon Powder is the botanical variety Cinnamomum zeylanicum and comes from the bark of the laurel tree. This variety of cinnamon is commonly known as Ceylon or true cinnamon due to its superior quality. Our Cinnamon Powder melts in the mouth and has a warm delicate flavour and sweet, spicy aromatic. It is a perfect addition to baking or to create complexity and depth in cooking. Organic Cinnamon Powder is certified organic by the Soil Association.

1.) Change up your hot cup of tea by adding a pinch of cinnamon.
2.) Try a different kind of meat flavouring. Combine some cinnamon with your favourite spice rub.
3.) Sprinkle it on some baked vegetables or fruit. You can use cinnamon on more than apples and sweet potatoes.
